Saman Zaman

Ms Saman Zaman is a Nutritional Healthcare Professional with relevant experience in the field of Nutrition, Public Health & Community Service. Having worked in key leadership roles for organisations such as Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Centre for Health Research and Development (CHRD), Public Health Resource network (PHRN) and UNICEF she believes she has developed the in-depth experience to drive initiatives consistent with strategic program goals. She also has experience of working in the start-ups, where she got a chance to work in administrative department, content and designing team, business development work, development of budget as per the project. Also, played an important role in marketing and brand building of the organization which included market strategies, brochure/pamphlet designing, meeting with relevant stakeholders, etc. In her previous role with CII,  she was handling multiple stakeholder healthcare projects – coordination and management, supporting the field team by taking necessary actions, preparing project proposals and budget, providing necessary training to the field staff, conducting timely review meetings to understand the need of the project as well as to keep a check on project timelines.
