Lucy has ten years of experience in the media and development sectors, working as a journalist, producer, and project manager. In both industries, she has been at the forefront of crafting compelling content that challenges norms, changes mindsets, shifts narratives, and fosters lasting behavioural change. During her time in the development sector, she spearheaded multiple thematic areas such as livelihoods, governance, agriculture, climate and SRH, overseeing the design and implementation of programs and campaigns to support the organization’s mission.
