Dr. Eva Monterrosa

Dr. Eva Monterrosa is a nutritionist and scientist with 15 years of research and professional experience in maternal and child nutrition. She designs public health and market-based interventions to create demand for nutritious, sustainable foods.

Dr. Monterrosa’s expertise are in the domains of food choice, consumer insight research, social marketing, intervention design and planning, monitoring and evaluation.  She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Alberta, Canada and PhD in Nutrition from Cornell University, USA.
